Silo Bend
Silo Bend is a Master Plan community that creates walkable community with retail, restaurants and multiple modes of urban living across almost 38 acres of land along Centennial Boulevard in a bend of the Cumberland River. In addition to its iconic mural on a 15-story grain silo, Silo Bend consists of multi-family buildings, single-family homes as well as Silo Studios, an 80,000 square foot retail complex.
The Wash
The Wash was envisioned as an approach to creative adaptive reuse while offering affordable locations for burgeoning small businesses. The Wash project converts a former car wash into 5 micro restaurants and 1 micro bar, increasing access to restaurant facilities for restaurant start ups.
Lowe Mill
Lowe Mill Village sought to adaptively reuse and revitalize older abandoned buildings and neighborhoods in the Lowe Mill area of Huntsville by understanding historic neighborhood scale and bring it into the way people live today. The style of the homes share the same characteristics of the historic houses built in the neighborhood’s prime, the amenities are the same as modern homes
